If you are looking for a room in a shared accommodation with other students or workers, check out our housing proposals, they all have single rooms and a maximum of three rooms per bathroom. We are not a real estate agency, so we will remain available throughout the duration of the contract, you can turn to us for any issues related to the accommodation.

Our strengths

• Contracts registered with the Revenue Agency;
• No surprises in expenses, rent inclusive of condominium fees, water, and TARI (waste tax), only excluding electricity, gas, and heating bills under the direct control of the tenants;
• Utilities (electricity, gas, internet) registered to the accommodation, so no need for transfer in case of tenant changes. Bills are paid directly by the tenants with no markup;
• Direct assistance in operational issues related to the accommodation, through sending artisans or technicians in case of minor faults or needs;
• Conducting management activities related to the accommodation such as calculating heating shares or contacting utility providers.

All sublease contracts are registered with the Revenue Agency according to the specific procedures of this contractual type.
